I an having issue getting my scanner to pick up the rebanded pinellas county fire and clearwater police. Any one have ideas what to do to get it to work? On the live audio section i can listen to pinellas county fire but there is time i like to be able to use scanner and not my phone or laptop.

You must have the most current firmware for rebanded systems.
Has the PSR-310's firmware been updated to the most current?

I did go to GRE America Inc. and downloaded and updated the firmware to 1.5. still having no luck.

You probably need to enter a bandplan for the rebanded system.

If you're talking about the Clearwater system, there's a thread that talks about how the system was being switched to a P25 digital system. If you're using a PSR-310, you're out of luck as it's not digital capable.

The Pinellas county system is also P25 digital.
