I am using a BCD996P2, with Free Scan. After fine tuning my system all I get on my scanner is what appears to be a search mode for Public Safety. I have erased the scanner and reapplied the frequencies to no avail. Apparently I have checked or unchecked something that I shouldn't have and I can't figure it out what it is. Any suggestions?
