Freescan: 2.17 Zip File

When trying to download fssetup-217.Zip file from Downloads - Sixspot Software my computer indicates a virus detected in file and deletes the downloaded file. Windows Defender says it is "Trojan:Win32/Spursint.A. Anyone else having this issue? Do we know if its a bad file or is my system just set to high for security? Using Windows 10. Tried downloading on another computer also running Windows 10 with same warning.
