When I download Yellowstone and Grand Teton frequencies from FreeScan they do not work on my scanner which is a BCD325P2. But when I put them in manually they work

what do you mean they dont work? do they not scan? did they not get programmed?

ZIP up your freescan file from when you downloaded them and upload it here, we can take a look and see what might be wrong.

Keep in mind that although FreeScan can allocate a group quick key (which is on by default) for your new frequencies, you must create a system quick key to enable the scanner to scan your new system.....there's a lot on this in the FreeScan User Guide, specifically...
