to whom it may concern,

recently while programming a connect plus trbo system, the software has stopped importing the unit id's.
I have used it before and never had an issue.

When you check the talkgroup box for all to be loaded it is not transferring the info to the scanner.

here is short video. no talkgroups or unit ids are being transferred from RR. all the sites are there , but the LCN's are not being transferred in the right sequence either.

like the Wheeling site lcn's are 7,8,9,10 but its being transferred as 1,2,3,4

hope that helps

So Far Away....
RRDB import feature does not transfer a list of R/U-ID's..
only TALKGROUPs..Im thinking your only referring to the
Talkgroups..Not radio IDs...correct?

What build of ARC are you using?

Im using build 5 and have had zero import issues
(other than the ones where its User Error- LOL..)

Also,,
for someone local that can maybe put some eyes on it,,
what is the system you are having trouble with..
Maybe its a bug in that specific data DL..

You have a filter enabled. Check the Service Tags tab and/or TG Filter tab. Probably the TDMA option is disabled on the TG filter tab. In the right lower corner you can see the filter status:

Well ,

I feel like a big dummy. But I don't remember using the filter. Oh well. Sorry for the waste of time

LCN's still not correct though.
