I started off on the wrong foot about a week ago I want try again if you will let me I have a radio shack pro 96 cat-no 20-526 I need someone to explain what software I need and how to install it thank you.

I have used the Butel software on all my radios since the Pro 96 and found it meets my needs. Do a Google on Butel Pro 96 for more info.
