ARC536: Connection Failure ARC536PRO

Using ARC536PRO. Attempt to connect to RR webservice. Failure "INIT not ok, can't read user data".

Suggestions please?

Follow up to my original question:

Butel advises my satellite service latency is causing this problem. I plan to test this at my earliest opportunity, if I can access a DSL or similar connection. I'll post the outcome.
