arb 300 reacivation

i purchased a copy of ARC 300 see attachment which is a screen shot for my purchase recopt and the butel site refers me to your site of which i have been a loyal annual subscriber for over twns years i need help my action keys don't knot work and i have $30.00 dollars worth of sortware i can't use i need mt keys reactivated as my computer crash and when adding all my paid progrAMS THIS ONE WOULD NOT TKE THE KEYS I PAID FOR

also activation keys are (edited for privacy reasons) which currently won't wok and butel will not respone to my requests
