Found a slight bug in FreeSCAN 2.18-beta6.
When deleting systems, you should save a backup after each delete, before you delete a second system, or group.
I deleted a system, then selected another system and deleted that one too, but the system deleted by the second delete operation was the first system in my list, and not the system I selected.
Hooray for backups.
