The Icom Third Party Software page lists the following contact information:
Radio Control Systems, Inc.
9974 Scripps Ranch Blvd. #25
San Diego, CA 92131
Phone: (858) 292-1561
Fax: (858) 292-6955
WWW: http://www.radioscan.com
However, it appears that the link no longer brings you to the commercial site. It may be that the person is no longer supporting or designing software, but since there are telephone/address points, you may be able to contact.

The last I had heard- and it's been quite a while - it's available from the files area of the Icom R10 Yahoo group. If that's not true, let me know, and I'll drop it from the appropriate pages. I'm trying to get some updates together for the Strong Signals website, and this is a good time for it....73s Mike
