Problem w/ RR Databases and ARC396

I am using the ARC396-Pro demo from BuTel, and when I go to the internet tab and select RadioReference, the software auto logs on to the RR site and everything seems OK. But when I select TX from the drop down box, the Agency and County boxes never get filled in! I tried it for both conventional and trunked systems for TX with no luck for either. The status message at the bottom of the screen says 'RadioRefResponseReceived', but the Statewide Agency and County fields never get filled in. I tried it for other states and it seems to work OK for them (Except Texas & Georgia).

Also I just logged in to the RR forum and it reports that I last visited on 12-31-1969 !!!

I can't swear to it, but that may be a limitation of the demo version. You may want to double check with Butel on that.

I have a previous DEMO version (before it was able to get conventional) and it still loads Texas just fine. Win96 is handling Texas fine also, so I suspect that the version of ARC396 you are using has a problem. I am sure that Gommert will stumble across this thread shortly and give some guidance. You might want to post the version you are using so he doesn't have to ask (that will probably be his first question.)

As for the date thing. The Forums have nothing to do with the Database, so nothing done from the XML download or your accessing it affects the forums. Not sure what happened but the two things are not related.

I downloaded the ARC396 Pro 1.050 Beta version and used a different computer on a different network, and all seems well now...

I purchased a copy of ARC396 a few nights ago. The trunked download bit works great. I can not get the conventional bit of it to work. Am I missing something?
