I have clone396 already installed for my BCD396T portable. Downloaded the new clone996 but it will not install - tells me that another version of the file is already installed and must be removed before it will install.

Does this mean that I cannot have both clone programs installed - not very good if you will have both scanners?

Response: Product code was the same as clone396 - will be changed and revised program will be available for download - great support

The current clone996 download has a new product code so clone396 and clone996 can be used and installed at the same PC.
