Default Help with win 96 program setting the steps and

Hi I have the win 96 program for my radio shack pro-96 scanner, I think the steps are off in the program, if i put say 453.675 in the bank and when i go to save it it goes to 463. 575 ??? any one no how to get it to show right, i think its the steps, i can change it on the scanner but how about in the program? one more thing, when you open the win 96 program there is a box to the right to add information to , i forget just what it said, but can someone tell me what you can enter, there, thanks, to all for the help, please e mail me at wc8i@yahoo.com Bill
