Butel:arc 246t No Data / Rr ??????

I'm using ARC246T (REGISTERED) and when I connect to RR for downloads on the trunking it will not give me any data in the groups? get's the system name BUT NO DATA ????????????????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!

hmmmmmmmmmmmm sometime it works and sometimes it doesn't , have to keep reloading ARC246T , wonder if it's the ARC or the Radio Reference "connection" that cause this , anybody else had that problem? Downloading systems and no data showing up?
