Using Excel to set up P96 files??

Hi All,
A while back someone posted a way in which they set up the cells in an Excel spreadsheet to change the text color when it hit the 13th character when typing alpha tags?

For example:
LA FIRE DEPARTMENT

This way you would know which alpha tags needed some editing before copying them over to Win96.

I have searched and searched and can not find the thread...does anyone know what I'm talking about??

The easiest way is to set up the column for the width of 13 characters. After you hiy enter or tab to move to the next cell, what ever does not show up needs to be cut out.
