English much?
And to (I think) answer your question: NO. You cannot "unlock" "restore" "hack" or in any other way enable the Analog Cellular range located in the 800Mhz band. In fact the owners manual states this at the beginning...but I know I am the only one that pays attention to that silly thing
Hope this helps!
Happy Thanksgiving!

most cell phone are not in the 800MHz band any more so you're not missing much.
