Easy Stream client DAX error

Well I was going to ask on the yahoo groups but since I have to wait to be approved I guess I'll ask here first.

I had the first version of the client on my laptop and it was working fine. I downloaded and installed the latest version and now when I try to open it up I get a box that pops up and say DAX Error Operation Aborted. I click OK on that and I get a box that says ARC-EasyStream Unexpected Error. I click OK on that box, it closes and thats it.

I have tried uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling the client only to get the same problem. I even tried to reinstall the older version and get the same results. Oh this is on an ME operating system if that makes any difference.

Any ideas???????????????

I just sent you two jpg files showing both boxes that pop up.

BTW I'm still waiting for approval to the yahoo group

did you uninstall the older version before installing the newer version? if not, were both installed into the same directory?

Yes I uninstalled the older version first.
