Scan Control

I am testing out the trial version of scan control, after a short period of time the on screen scanner display will stop responding, the program is still active, it just does not display the information of what is currently displayed on the scanner.

Does anyone know if this is a limitation of the trial software, or if it is a bug?

This is neither a trial issue nor a bug. When things like this happen check the com rate, found on the main screen. It's quite likely it's set too high. Also insure that nothing is grabbing your serial port, such as PDA software, a modem, etc.

There's a dedicated Yahoo group for this software where the author answers questions just like these. 73s and thanx Mike
