Importing files from site to win96

Can someone help me out with this. How do I import freqs from the site to my win96 software. I went through all the step but can get it to show up on my software. I'm sure I'm sure it's something simple that I'm overlooking.

are you clicking on web import or just the import link? to down load click on web import then either click trunk or conventional then chech country state and county then click on what you want to download
