loss of loging and controls ARC 996 PRO

First i noticed that the loging function disapered from virtual control ,went out for awhile and when i got back realised that all controls had now didisaperd as well i dont know what happened/and can't find anything in help section as how to get either function back so if any of you guys out there can help me solve this problem your help would be most appreciated thanks in advance

double click the VC window to toggle the size.

Thanks for the quick response,tried double clicking vc window and that one function seems to be froze up,can minimize or exit only.hang on a minute tried it again took sevral attempts but I have the screen back now thanks again
