Default ID Tracker Import

how does this work
i installed it, and after i press import, nothing really happends...

1. You select either frequency or ID in bank list pulldown.
2. Click on one listed in the large window.
3. Click Import button.
4. Yes on warning, which will open a dialog in the ID Tracker folder (any saved files (should be in txt format or an audio file) can be selected.
