kenwood TK-280 and KPG-49D software.

I have a couple of questions if there is anyone out there familiar with this radio/software package.

I have a squelch issue, and I need the squelch on the radio to be set fairly high. Is the proper place to adjust this in the software titled 'Squelch Logic Type? This is under the tab optional features 2.

other question is with the scan. I understand the scan dwell, and look back time, but what exactly is the dropout delay time?
