Post Computer for HT1000 programming?

Dose anyone know what kind of CPU I need to program a HT1000, or what it needs to be capable of?

Uhhhhhh I think RSS needs like a 486 or something, but it may have been updated

the above is true, i use a 100mhz pentium laptop, it is best to use a 486 or below
any thing faster and it has given me problems and run it in true dos at the f-8 dos promt
it will hang less,

My PII Compaq running DOS will run any RSS i've had just fine, and program just fine.

Thanks. I did get it to comm. with the radio, but when I try to read it, it says problem with TSR? What would this mean?

I have succesfully programmed my radio! Thanks for the help. All I had to do was read the manual.
