Default ARC996 and lockouts

Running latest FW on 996 and latest ver of ARC996. When I go to [setup] [search LO frequencies] and try to read from scanner or send to scanner or add to scanner, all that happens is Remote Lock shows on the radios display and nothing else ever happens. Has anyone else got this to work, or can offer any advice?

Jim

hey butelsoftware guy, do you care to look into this for me. I noticed you responded to another post with questions about your ARC996 since mine was posted.

There is a problem with the mousepointer indicating the software is busy but the software itself works fine. If there are no freqs shown there are no L/O freqs stored in the scanner.
When you close the window the scanner will return to normal operation.

Thats a NEGATIVE ghostrider ! There are many locked out freqs in the radio, but they never get transferred. I have waited up to 15 minutes for it to finish the transfer, but no joy. I think it is a bug. Has anyone else even tried to mess with the lockouts or had it work?

This editor is for frequencies that are L/out during a search.
Channels that have the L/Out flag set are not shown in this list. That is something different.
