Need Help!

I just joined your ranks by purchasing a R/S Pro-97 scanner, Computer USB cable & Win-97. THANKS Don S. For all your help! I'm way out of my league here (For now anyway) in programming this thing. My question is to use RR to help program my scanner w/ Win-97 do I have to be a premium subscriber? And are there any other databases that I can also use to help program my scanner? It sure isn't like the early '80's when I programed my first radio shack scanner! LOL Thanks,

Now you need to become a premium subscriber to this site. You will then be able to import data from the database to win97 and upload it to your scanner. A piece of cake!

Yes, to let Win97 use the databases, you need to be a premium subscriber. Fear not, it's pretty painless and inexpensive - you can view the particulars here (anything in blue is a link)

Another possible source of files, besides our own Idaho forum (which isn't the most active...) is to go to the IdaScan Yahoo group and see if someone has a file for your area. It may be in the files section of this group. There's also at least 1 Yahoo group for that scanner, and something may also be in there.
