download problem

I've got a pro 96. When I go into Win96 and click file, web import, RR.com, then try to log in with my UN and PW it locks up. Any help or suggestions? I'm in the Indy area and looking for those freqs to download.

I never had this problem. Could there be an issue with any security software you are running? I just go to file, web import, from RR and then sign on in that screen. Maybe win96 got corrupted when you dowloaded it. Maybe try deleting it, download and install it again?

When you attempt to log on does the RR.com XML URL line read as <http://www.radioreference.com/apps/xml1.1>?
