ARC 250 & Site Connect Tones

Forgive me if this is a stupid question but I'm new to this. When looking at the Additional Site information for Orange County Fla. in the radio reference database. It gives a Site Connection Tone of 128.57 I assumed (probably a mistake) that this is what should go in the PL/DPL column in the ARC250 program. When I click on the dropdown I find that there are many similar numbers but no 128.57 So I guess my question would be what is a Site Connection Tone and what is PL/DPL? What is the difference? and if it means the same thing why isn't the number referenced in the RR database one of the choices in ARC?

The site connect tone is not the same as PL/DPL, site connect tones are tones that are used in Motorola Type I/II systems that are required on a Motorola radio in order to access one of those systems. PL/DPL squelch tones are only found on conventional radio systems.
