??? Is there software to put in the Freg and talk groups for the bcd396t

Is there software to put in the Frequency's and talk groups automatically for the bcd396t.
I would like to load up the scanner but don't have the time right now, its for my dad who I am
a care taker of where we live in Emmitsburg Maryland.

There's plenty of choices; many start off with the Uniden Advanced System Director (UASD) and/or ARC396 - there are also lots of Maryland related files on the 396 Yahoo group. And if you go to the Maryland forum and ask, I'm sure folks can send you some - or become a premium subscriber, and download data directly from the databases using ARC396.
