Question Win97/win95

I Was Wondering What If Any Is The Quickest Way For Me To Change Data From The Win97 To The Win 95 Or Do I Have To Do It All Manualy

I did it via cut and paste, but not all at once. You can cut and paste the freqs and the alpha tags, then go back and edit the mode if needed. I was able to do it that way one bank at a time for the frequencies, then one sub bank of TG IDs at a time.

Some people have done a cut and paste to a spreadsheet, then insert the new column. The cut and paste the spreadsheet back into WIN97. It sounds like an extra step, but does save some editing.
