As far as misssing, I didn't see a "Priority" field for the urgency of the call. The Event# should be auto generated to give each new entry/call a unique number. You **may** also want to add a "Disposition" field for how the call was cleared (was a report taken, GOA-gone on arrival, SOW-sent on way, advised, etc). If you add a disposition field, it wouldn't hurt to add a box to check if the assignment is administrative, as they don't require dispositions or report numbers. And finally, the "Report Number" field. Something else that should be auto generated for uniqueness, and to assure that all reports are logged into the dispatch system, even if they are handled via landline.

If your system will include large geographical areas, or multiple agencies, you also may want a "Zone" field. That will be used to "route" the calls to the proper dispatcher.

Also,

Many times you will have a "caller's location/municipality" and a "call location/municipality" useful when the caller isn't at the incident. Many cad systems permit a "double address" entry where caller and call location are able to be put in.

Hello, I have decided to discountinue this idea due too many technical problems.... I really would have liked to get it running and give copies to all of you but it just didn't seem to work out, I will be trying to create a new one over the next few weeks, it will be much, much better.....
