I am having trouble getting ARC-15 to access radioreference only for the state of georgia. it will access every other state but not my home state. i discovered this problem 6 days ago and figured it was probably a maintence issue but it hasnt changed. is anyone else seen this issue??

Just to eliminate some freeky glitch, try these two links (you will have to provide UserID & Password), they should result in XML documents of all the GA counties and state agencies. If you get those two docs, then see if Butel has an answer.
