win97 question about trunking

i added a county (midland cnty, mi) with win97. in the freqs, is a system that is ltr, but, question is this... when i import freqs that contain a trunk system, do i A: just import the entire list of freqs? or B: import the trunked freqs into a seperate bank?

What it boils down to is this. when i search a county, i get one list in conv query. and sometimes, some of the freqs are trunked freqs. so is a question of just how i should store them in my pro97.
