Default ARC996 Saving problem!

Well I tried the demo and liked what I saw.. So I purached the full version. I imported the 3 systems I had via there uasd files. ok I worked them, fixed them up, even saved them.. After that I bought the program, and entered the key.. Great its unlocked.. now, every time I try to exit out and is asks to auto save, I click yes then it keeps giving me the same 2 errors one right after the other! I have to ctrl-alt-del just to get out! I deleted all the systems out, cleared the temp files.. and it still does it!!! HELP!!! I'm attaching the screen captures..

32 bit or 64 bit Vista? I kept getting loop time out errors with programming. I'm also having issues with the Virtual control and the video. I'm pretty sure it's the virtual control since it only happens when I'm running it.

I'll post the issue here when I can get a picture and email Gommert. He's promised an upgrade this year for ARC996, but I'm not really holding my breathe. His instructions for Vista don't really apply since I have full admin rights to the profile I'm using.

I don't think it sucks, there's just a learning curve and incompatible software. :-)

I have had the same problem on rare occasions and I run XP Pro with Admin privileges (although it doesn't lock up). As soon as I remember the exact circumstances I'll post them. By that time Gommert will probably have replied.

The error indicates the software could not save the file, there are several reasons why this error is shown, in this case Vista blocked access to the default application folder. Under Vista ARC996 must be run with administrative rights.
