Default Cant get the paste freq's to work in arc996!

Hi all, I have followed the directions to a t, but for the life of me I just cant get it to paste in any freq's in! I goto the database, highlight the ones I need, hit ctrl-c then go back to arc and right click, select paste freq's and nothing happens.. I have tried everything I know.. I have to manually enter all the freq's.. Please help.. Thanks

You didn't supply the most important piece of information - what software you are using. If you're using ARC996 and trying to get data from the database, you don't need to copy/paste. Become a premium subscriber (cheap) and download it directly. Look at the 'subscription' link in our wiki (it's off to the right on top - just hit 'wiki' on the top blue toolbar and you'll see it right away)

try using IE (not Mozilla), copy the data, past into Excel, then copy and paste rows or columns into ARC996.

Or...just subscribe to RR. :-)

Where are you pasting from? Are the frequencies within the freq. range of the scanner?

for one, you are trying to copy and past info that ARC software cannot handle...the rows that say "System Frequencies" and "Site..."

Try to copy just the info you want/need and use the Excel method I mentioned before.

to be honest with you, I don't think I ever got it to work other than the way I described before using Excel. and yes, it does seem to have some bugs. the RR DB option using a paid account works pretty well.
