Exclamation Virtual Control Disappeared on ARC898?

I've been using ARC898 for several days now and everything was fine until today. The virtual control just stopped working all of a sudden? When I click on the virtual control icon, nothing appears on my screen. You can see virtual control sitting in the task bar, but it won't come up anymore. I even tried uninstalling and starting over but that did not resolve the issue.

I've sent Butel (Gommert) am e-mail but wanted to see if anyine else has experienced this or have any ideas why it just stopped working?

P.S. I've checked the serial cable and it's fine. I tested it with Scan Cantrol and that works fine (can see the frequencies & tags on the PC).

Help please!

Thanks - Mike

have you tried right-clicking on the app running in the task bar? there may be an option for "restore" you can try.

also, what OS are you using?

Problem solved. Under software setup/virtual control, all I had to do was un-check store virtual control window position. Once I did that, the virtual control was visable again.

I like using that feature for my streamwebtown feed because I use the screen capture option. I have re-checked that box and all seems well again. It must have gotten into a funky state, but it's working fine now.

Thanks!
