tones and such won't import when using arc beta

was wondering if anyone else is having a problem trying to import freq's using arc250/785 beta? buddy of mine has it and we were trying to import into a bank and its only importing the freq none of the other info like it should.

Never had this problem when I had my 250d and Arc250, you may want to try the Butel Yahoo Group for a answer to the question.

Correct, I just did an import and the tone import to software is None even though Import dialog indicates the tones.

Keep in mind, the keyword is BETA and I consider it to be a bonus as Gommert was reluctant to provide Import for these 4 scanners in the first place. ARC780 is standalone and doesn't have it at all. All ARC software since 250D have full import including tones.

However, as Steve suggested, think I'll address this in the Yahoo group.
