ARC 996 basic trouble

My software is sending or changing the frequency's by itself like it will change 154.695 into 154.600 and sometimes my frequency's i have saved in a profile will show 1300.000 mhz?this is drvin me nutts any suggestions?When i click on a group or system all the frequency's change to 1300.00 MHZ

Problem solved..Apparently my windows xp was causing the problem insatalled on another pc now works as it should..Thank's
