Default USB/DB-9 Adapter

I am using Windows Vista on my laptop.(6 Months old). As most of you know,DB-9 ports are a thing of the past in laptops. I need a reliable DB-9/USB adapter for all my software to program my radios. Anyone know where I can get a reliable one? Ratshack has one but my trust level for their stuff is at an all time low.
