ARC 250 pro?

When i try to use my laptop to import frequency's from radio reference on the bottem of the box where you see the info it says connecting to rr then it says rr dissconected wait retrieving http data..Works good on my other pc's but not my laptop running win xp prof..Thank's any help appreciated
