no sound when trunked signal is picked up
I just got a 396 scanner yesterday. after a bit a research i bought the arc software to load up my scanner which seemed like a breeze so it should be programmed right. the scanner seems to pick up the trunked frequencies no problem, its just that i can't hear any transmissions. i just hear a faint squelch sound when it picks up a channel. any suggestions on what i'm doing wrong?
