Hey guys I went and bought an upgrade today for my ARC996 Basic to pro for $35.00 and I've not received an e-mail yet except from paypal with my purchase info. Not received an e-mail with a new key for the PRO demo version yet. Have you guys done this before and how long did it take to get the key delivered? I should have bought the PRO version 4 days ago when I bought it but I did not think I wanted the logging or recording now to find out I do. Thanks for any info.

Does anyone remember when order forms used to say, "Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery"? We are so spoiled nowadays with online ordering and instant payment....

I bought from them before. Didn't get the key until two days later. They said they had a server problem and the order wasn't processed properly. I assume you'll get yours on Monday.

Yes DaveNF2G, we are spoiled, especially me. If a site is selling a digital product then I expect to get it at least within the hour. It should all be automatic.

I have always received my keys from Butel almost immediately. Make sure that it didn't make it into your spam folder.

Got it. I did'nt know but they told me they had to manually verify that I own the Basic because it was an upgrade I was buying.
