Smile AR396t and EDACS

First I know the scanner has provisions toi do EDACS.

My Question is when I place in frequencies in the correct LCN order. What do I do with the column marked LCN ?

And you don't have to put them in the scanner in any particular order, that is why you have to put the LCN number in the column.
