PSR Edit Import from Radio Reference database
I can't get the import feature on PSR Edit to work. I have version 1.38.
I am trying to import conventional frequencies under Florida, Areawide Florida Frequencies, Federal, U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP). The Import dialog box asks for the state and County, even though they aren't listed under a particular county, they're considered to be wide area, or statewide. Anyway, I can get as far as the last dropdown list, ("Sub Catagory") but it won't go any further. The "Import Frequencies" button is grayed out, and stays that way. What am I doing wrong?

I am able to do it from 1.39, using the first county in the list: Florida/Alachua/Federal/Federal/US Customs Boarder Protection CBP
Try a county.
Also, make sure you have a frequency selected in order to import.

As mentioned, make sure you check at least 1 frequency in the list to enable the import button.

Did you try what I mentioned about using a county?

Yes; no matter what combination of selections I make in the Agencies/Category/Sub Category drop down lists, no frequencies ever appear in the list. The "Import Frequencies" button remains grayed out.
If I try this with trunked systems (which I don't want), I can't get past the point where you select the trunked system; there's nothing in the drop down list to select, it just says, "Select trunked System".

Your RR subscription hasn't expired has it? I had a similar report before, and that was the cause of it.

Yes it had. I just never noticed it.
....I just renewed; I'll try the import function now.
EDIT: That was the problem; it works now!

I need to see what the error response is when that happens. PSREdit should tell you that's the issue. I need to look for the error message on those screens.

Mike, there was no indication that anything was wrong, it simply wouldn't display any frequencies when you finished selecting the last drop down list; the "Import" button remained grayed out.

Yeah, that's the issue. There's no code in PSREdit to detect that. I need to get that in there, but I'm not sure at this point where that error message appears, so I need to add it in a few areas.
