Default Win97 Frequency Problems

I'm in the process of programming my Pro 2055 with Win97 again. The first time, I just selected what agencies I wanted and imported them, but didn't realize I would have to manually edit most of the text tags...which I am doing now with a new file.

My problem is while I was editing the text tags for each agency, I noticed that several of the frequencies were incorrectly imported. For instance, when I imported frequencies for Haskell County and Stigler, OK the frequency for Haskell County Hospital should be 155.385000, but Win97 imported it as 10.092750. I manually changed it to the correct frequency and saved the file and when I reopened it the frequency was changed to 25.000000. The Stigler PD frequency should be 45.460000, but was imported as 15.186250.

I have the bank set as conventional and am only importing about 5 to 10 frequencies at a time so I can edit the text and not get lost. Am I missing something?

Just import it again until it comes in correct, sometimes some weird downloads happen.
The text tags are jut too long so you have to edit

I noticed it only happened if I selected "Show input frequencies". Other than that...Win97 is working great and a definite time saver.
