Default Problem with Win97

Pro-97 Pasco, New Port Richey

I have Win97 and cannot figure out nothing for the life of me. When I do a web import of all frquencies of Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough it will only put none or one frequency in the channels. If I look at a bank (left side of screen) within the program, nothing shows except maybe that one channel. On the right side all the info shows up that I see on the RR database. Am I doing something wrong. I found a guy who had frequencies from his city on a file. I uploaded it into Win97 and it shows all the channels to the left all filled up in all the banks so I know I must be doing something wrong. Can somebody tell me step by step on how this is done, thanks.

Default

Simply uncheck CC Only (Control Channel Only)
Hilsborough is an EDACS system so it has to have all the frequencies. Hillsborough needs to be put into 2 banks one for each site. Pinellas and Pasco can go into the same bank but would be better put into 2 as well one for each system.

Default Almost there

Thanks I'm half way there now. I have Pinellas County signals coming in from 30-50 miles away now. Only I live in New Port Richey, Pasco and haven't heard anything from here yet. I can't figure out if it's in my scanner or not. If I did do it right I would think I would pick up my area before the next county over. Also when I do pick up the next county over when I scan I only hear one person talk then it loses them. Isn't the trunking supposed to jump with the conversations with the Pro-97? Or is it because the signals are so far away?
