Need help getting some groups

I was having no luck getting my Pro-97 programmed but then I found a Yahoo site that had p97 files and I was able to get some of what I wanted from my area. I tried to copy what was done with the p97 files I got from the Yahoo but still can't get a couple groups in. Can somebody tell me what I need to do to get these that I have checked into my 97:http://www.radioreference.com/forums...1&d=1202944522
In the picture it has the number of talk groups as 117 but I reduced it to 99.

Not the wrong forum, but I don't understand the problem once you select the groups and frequencies select Import This System

I can see two things wrong in your screen shot.
1. No site selected ie. no frequencies
2. For an EDACS system you can't use CC only. You must import all 8 frequencies.

After I import them and try to scan them nothing comes in from the bank I put them in. The file I found and put in my scanner had some of the same groups and they worked fine. If I deselect all banks except the one I put these groups in nothing comes in and most of these are within a few miles of me. I tried some other counties over from me and I'm picking up all kinds of groups in those. I just can't figure out why my county's groups won't pick up anything when scanning. I was thinking it was something in the software that maybe I'm missing like a "select this" button kind of situation that I'm missing.

You have to select a site and import the freqs and uncheck the CC only before you import the system.
1. check the site 1 box
2. uncheck the CC ONLY box
3. select your TGID's
4. Import the system.
