Looking at the database it looks as if Rocklin is simply conventional frequencies

THE PAGE FOR PLACER IS NOT TELLING ME.
154.40000 153.77000 WPMF967 RM 94.8 PL Fire Dispatch (East) FM FREQ INPUT DIS

THIS IS A LINE FROM PAGE. UNLIKE TRUNKING NORMAL PAGES THERE ARE NO FREQ UP TOP THATS WHY I'M CONFUSED. WHAT IS WIKI PLEASE EXPLAIN.

It's not a trunked system so the Frequencies are listed in the page.
Your a premium member and have ARC996 simply use the software to import the frequencies for Placier Co. Use the conventional import.
Wiki is a sort of encyclopedia of radio info http://wiki.radioreference.com/

You really only need the frequencies listed under frequency not the inputs. The software can do it all for use simply use the menu under Internet RadioReference Conventional.
