Just got a 246T & having some problems with the firmware update. The Uniden software is asking me to hit the L/O & 6 button simultaneously while plugging in the serial cable & the backlight should come on & the scanner face will be blank. This is not happening for me & am wondering if anyone else has run into this & has found a way thru it or any other options I may have? Thanks in advance for any info.
