ok i have a bct 15 an i was wondering what program to get for my comp to program my scanner with?

I generally would say go with ARC15 from BuTel http://www.butel.nl/ It's free to try
There are 2 other software packages that are freeware and have been getting better and better, one is FreeScan http://scannow.org/ The other is BCTool http://www.bctool.org/
All make programming the scanner easier, it really best if you get a subscription to this website so you can use the software to download directly from the database.
