pro 97 win 97

i am trying to listen to kcmo public safety on a edacs system when i go to web import and select the correct info i hit import and nothing happened through trial and error i am wondering if i need to convert the xml file i wrote into csv formar because it looks like win 97 will ony upload csv and p97 files anyone have any ideas

Make sure you unckeck the CC Only box, the program seems to default to that setting.
If it's checked none of the frequencies will import, the TGIDs still will.
